We are excited to announce this new addition to our Peak Performance Kids Martial Arts in Keller. This program will start up this month.
Peak Performance Fit Kids
As a parent I know how hard it is to get kids off video games and ipads. We see more and more kids coming to class overweight and parents are always asking for ways we can help them. This will also give parents a chance to see their kids fitness improve.
This will be a great way for parents and kids to work with us to shape a healthy future!
Its easy to teach kids martial arts but where we excel is in our Life Skills Development. And now we are adding our Peak Performance Fit Kids program.
We will be handing out the Peak Performance Fit Kids checklists for the month. On stripe day please make sure your child has their worksheet completed and they will receive their Fitness Stripe! We will be teaching our kids how to set goals and reach them!
Our kids will get a stripe when they turn in their Fitness Homework from. Complete 6 in a row and your child gets a FREE Peak Fit Kids Shirt!
We love building champions on the mat but its even more important to us to build champions in life!
