What are some ways you can help teach determination to your kids?
- Be an example. Intentionally do things that take hard work or determination in front of your kids teaches them that even as an adult, it's important to work towards your goals
- Talk about the things you work hard at. For example, something that happened today that you wanted to give up at but decided to try again instead.
- Praise their effort more than their accomplishment. For example, "I'm so proud of the hard work you put in to this project!"
