    This Month’s Life Skill: Initiative At Peak Performance, we build our kids up to be champions in life! One of the ways we do this is through our Life Skills program. We have a total of 12 Life Skills, one for every month.     This month’s Life Skill is Respect: a feeling or understanding that someone or something is important, serious, etc, and should be treated in an appropriate way . Tips on how to teach respect:- Be an example.If you want them to do it, you have to do it too - Show praise/reward them.When you see your kids being respectful (using their manners, being polite, etc), praise them or reward them. - Correct them.If you seeing them act in a disrespectful way, correct them.     This month's life skill is Focus - to pay attention Focus is a really important skill to have in life. So what are some great ways we help teach the kids to focus more in class?
